9. Certificates and Learner Details

9.1 Certificates are issued using the learner name provided at the time of enrolment or course completion.
9.2 It is Your responsibility to ensure learner details are correct prior to course completion.
9.3 Requests to amend names on Certificates after issuance are not guaranteed and are subject to Our sole discretion.
9.4 We may refuse changes, require documentary evidence, and/or charge an administrative fee for approved reissues.
9.5 Certificates are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual.
9.6 We reserve the right to revoke or invalidate Certificates where inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided.

10. Course Completion and Certification Disclaimer

10.1 Certificates confirm course completion only.
10.2 Unless expressly stated, Certificates do not constitute a regulated qualification, professional licence, or statutory approval.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

11.1 Consumer customers based in the UK or EU have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period unless access to digital Services has commenced with their consent.
11.2 Once digital content has been accessed, refunds will not be provided unless required by law.
11.3 Business purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Availability and Service Changes

12.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or Services.
