It introduces the new dutyholder and competence requirements, the additional controls for Higher-Risk Buildings, and the Building Safety (Wales) Act 2026.

- Understand how the Building Safety (Wales) Act 2026 extends building safety into occupation.
- Recognise what these changes mean in practice for contractors and construction companies in Wales.
